NEW YORK (July 24, 2019) – Altice News, Altice USA’s news division comprising Cheddar, i24NEWS, and News 12 Networks, today announces the appointment of Keith Bowen as Chief Revenue Officer. Bowen will report to Jon Steinberg, President of Altice News, effective immediately.

In this new role, Bowen is responsible for driving the strategy and revenue delivery of Altice News’ branded partnership and advertising sales across its digital, mobile, and linear news platforms, partnering closely with a4, Altice USA’s advanced advertising division, on national partnership and revenue opportunities. Bowen will lead Altice News’ talented ad sales organization, working directly with local and national advertisers to leverage opportunities across the company’s three unique news brands: Cheddar, the tech-focused business network; News 12 Networks, the Emmy-award winning hyper-local news group serving the New York tri-state area; and i24NEWS, the independent source of domestic and international news with a focus on the Middle East.

“Keith brings tremendous experience managing large teams, working closely with clients, and deploying innovative advertising platforms and solutions,” said Jon Steinberg, President of Altice USA News. “I’m excited for him to combine our branded integration ad product with the power and measurability of Altice’s performance driven-advertising solution A4, which currently allows our advertisers to reach 50 million homes.”

“Altice News offers a unique portfolio of strong news brands with highly engaged audiences, which is an incredibly attractive proposition for companies looking to expand their reach,” said Bowen. “I look forward to working with Jon and his team to grow our business by providing exciting advertising opportunities, including brand, attribution and performance media campaigns, for clients across all video ecosystems.”

Bowen most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for Spectrum Reach where he oversaw all aspects of revenue generation for Charter’s advertising sales and production services division. Earlier in his career, Bowen served as Chief Revenue Officer for Tribune Media, where he managed the company’s broadcast, cable and digital media portfolio, and prior to that was the Chief Revenue Officer at Urban One (formerly Radio One), where he led the company’s sales teams across their broad portfolio of subsidiaries.
